DELIVERY
We aim to ship all orders out within 1-3 business days. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that we do not ship on Sundays or holidays. PLEASE PROVIDE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS.
UK ORDERS
Uk Shipping via Royal Mail starts from £4.95 and is calculated at checkout.
Royal Mail can takes anywhere between 1-4 days to deliver.
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For, Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. You'll get postage confirmation including the tracking number sent to you after we post your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note international parcels can take up to 2-3 weeks delivery, depending on customs.

All international orders are shipped from the UK.
DUTIES, TAXES & CUSTOMS
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs clearance fees set by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout (unless a Delivered Duty Paid option is clearly offered).
PROOF OF ORIGIN
Some vintage items may have unknown or unverified country of origin.
Where origin cannot be proven, we cannot guarantee tariff-free delivery under trade agreements (e.g UK-EU TCA).
In such cases, the buyer is responsible for any additional duties or charges applied.
CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS
For legal and insurance reasons, we will always declare the full and accurate value of goods.
We will not under-declare values or mark items as "gifts" on customs forms.
Requests to do so cannot be accepted
CUSTOMS REFUSALS & RETURNS
If a buyer refuses to pay customs charges and the parcel is retuned, the order will be considered refused by the customer.
In these cases, no refund will be issued, as the order has already been shipped and costs have been incurred.
If a parcel is returned due to an error on our part (e.g incorrect addressing), a full refund or replacement will be offered.
DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
Once shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, strikes, or postal disruptions in the destination country.
Estimated delivery times are not guarantees and may be extended by customs clearance procedures.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Buyers are encouraged to check their local customs regulations before ordering to avoid unexpected fees.

DELIVERY FAQ's
*All items are allocated a tracking number and may require a signature on delivery
*If you need your order delivered quicker for any reason, please email us at hazydayzvintage@gmail.com
*Collect in-store - If you are local and would like to collect in-store please email us or select the option from the drop down box at checkout
*If an order is returned to us as 'return to sender/undelivered' or 'refused customs free' the order will not be refunded and the reship postage cost will be the customers responsibility unless the fault is down to HAZY DAYZ VINTAGE.
*If your item is lost in the post, HAZY DAYZ VINTAGE will not be able to issue any exchanges or refunds prior to receiving courier confirmation that the parcel status is lost, this process can take up to 28 working days.
*If you believe your item has arrived faulty please contact us via email within 24hrs of receiving, explaining the issues - hazydayzvintage@gmail.com
*Please note we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays out of our control, such as weather conditions, road traffic incidents etc.
*By placing an order with HAZY DAYZ VINTAGE you are therefore responsible for all shipping charges, custom import fees and the cost of returns back to HAZY DAYZ VINTAGE
